cheking the specs of the GZ250 and the GN250 probe whee can gain 2HP swapping carburators

The GZ would certainly benefit from a couple extra ponies. I wonder if both engines have the same can shaft specs? If they are the same it is good news. If they are different we have an option to increase the power a little more. Likely both the cam and carb are the reason for the increase. ........................We need a volunteer and a project bike.

The cams and valves are the same.

with the peak HP on the GN at 8500 and the GZ at 8000 I gees the red line is between 9000 and 10000 RPM
