Loose cables

Seems like my throttle and starter cables are both loose-I messed with them both and seem to have tightened them up but should I use loctite on them? The throttle cable was really jumping around.

No don't put LocTite on them.They stretch & need adjustment every once & awhile.

Do not "tighten them up", they need some slack, for the specs please refer to the user manual.
