another suzuki

i picked up this sv650 this weekend. a lot of firsts for me.
first bike from this millenium, first fuel injected bike. first vtwin, first bike with radials.
i've been looking for one for a while and this came along. 2007 with 1400 km's
it needs a massage but very acceptable. :biggrin:

thats one of my dream bikes, along with the sv 1000. put a good muffler on it and your gonna love it

Nice looking SV. You will find it has a lot of power on tap so be careful. My Vstrom has the detuned version of the SV and it can hustle when I want it to. The SV is also lighter so the power to weight ratio is pretty decent.

i think that bad boy has around 80 hp. not to mention around 57 ft lbs or torque. its an amazing little motor and the sound, ughh dont get me started :drool:

IIRC it has about 72 ponies ready to run wild. The max torque and hp comes in at a higher rpm than the Vstrom so it will be a lot of fun rowing the gears and hitting some curves.
