Minor forum theme changes and Tapatalk update

I have deactivated several of our forum themes due to whenever i need to edit something, i have to edit it 7 times for each forum. I have narrowed it down to the two most popular and the rest are gone (for now). Sorry to those 'less than handful' of people who were using the other themes.

Tapatalk has been updated. No more error messages when connecting with your smart phone. Let me know if there are any problems.

There should be some small changes here and there to the forum/graphics as i get some time after christmas. Some you'll notice, some you won't. I have to get Patrick to update PHPBB forum since i keep seeing it is out of date. I dont know if there are any major changes with the new update or not.
