Here she is

So I've been riding her almost daily. And it didn't take long for me to start changing things up. For anyone on the fence about clubman style bars, don't be. If you want the bike to instantly handle more like a sport bike, this will make that difference. The bike leans into turns just by thinking about it. I'm 6' tall and don't feel cramped at all and you can get a nice (and fun) tuck going.

Removed: mirrors, back seat, handlebars, rear fender trim, signals, reflectors, rear pegs
Installed: bar end mirror, signals front and rear, custom bar
Painted: headlight, front fork trim, sprocket cover, chain guard (satin black)

Still more to do and some cleaning of the wiring, but that's part of the fun. I think I'm at the point now though to start bumping up power.
