"o" rings

Hi folks,this is a "heads up",aussie talk for-be prepared-
I have been caught out before when i did my last oil change after the top end rebuild, went to our local suzi dealer(2 hour return trip in the country) and bought a new filter and oil only to get home, pull every thing apart-drain oil etc.
On opening my suzuki bag of goodies i pull out the new filter only to find NO "O" RINGS,as the manual states to replace the "o"rings on what ever job that has "o" rings.
You would think that suzuki or even your local shop would automatically supply the said "O" rings with your new filter even if it costs a little more.Poor customer service i feel.
Bottom line is ,dont forget to buy "O" rings when you change your filter...ken
