Anyone here done a top end rebuild on the 250?

Is there a .5 mm overbore piston and rings available for the 250?
Is there an affordable gasket set for a 2000 250?
Are their o rings for oil passages traveling up through the long bolts?

well.... i can get u those pistons....but its not worth to buy from here in indonesia IMHO....coz its will cost u some money on shipping

its sold about USD 60 each set (piston + rings)
so...IF...i say if....u buy from here....it will damage your wallet about USD 100-110 (total damage)....and i bet it ain't worth for you to buy it....

what about part numbers ? i can get part number for u if u want....then u can try to search it in US...

Hi, new to this forum but after all, the GZ is my wife's bike. I ride a Suzuki V- Strom DL1000. On the V-Strom forums people often refer others to Oneida Suzuki (NY) and Ron Ayers (NC). Ron's has a great microfiche resource. Parts diagrams from entire assemblies are also found on Oneida. Oneida is less expensive, often, as they run so any sales. I would guess this info would also apply to using these vendors for your GZs. BTW, I have looked up parts for my wife's GZ on both sites. Problem with the local dealer is that no one anymore stocks anything beyond plugs and filters. So if they have to order it, why not order it yourself from a dealer who charges less? FWIW
P.S. This is only for OEM parts. If you want "accessories" the world is your oyster, they just hide well.

There are several places listed on eBay for piston/jug kits. One states shipping from Cali for $99. Try doing search for Cylinder kit Piston 72mm rings Gasket for Suzuki GN250 LT250 DR250 GZ250 249CM3
