dual front brake system

i havent found the right lower right fork... anyone can help??

hi guys, i finally use dual brake system on my bike and as well modify the complete front end. spec:
- wheels front rear + rotors 05 gsxr750
- move oem brake caliper to rear
- tire front end michelin
- dual front brake brembo gt1000 (i customized the lower right tube fork for caliper holder)
- steering stabilizer gsxr750
- bandit400 fender
- oil cooler gsxr1000
- rear shocks xjr 400
- swingarm cbx400
- exhaust pipe modified
- engine bore up os200 (use diesel engine linear n car piston 74mm)
- fcr mx 37 carb (now it runs like a '2 stroke' bike..hehehe...:p)

wow the only thing i recognise is the engine

I think thats cause its a GS250. Seems like basics are the same, cept its a sports bike not a cruiser.

Edit: Actually I wonder if its the same engine. The tach's redline looks like its 9.5k

I was struck by the fact that you added an oil cooler! Not too long ago someone on here was asking if it could be done and how to do it.

hehehe..yes it's total modification indeed...i'm tune in the engine so it has more power n acceleration, while the frame n body it's absolutely standard OEM.

actually it is a sport touring bike bro, the standard wheels is rear 2.50x17 and front 1.85x18, the engine i think it is the same as GZ250...cmiiw.. the tach's redline reach 11 k.

yes it is possible bro...what i did is only modify the right/clutch basket by making holes for oil pipe nipple, oil flow in and out, and a chamber inside the basket for oil passage. as you can see on the pic, the lower hole is for oil out to oil cooler and the upper for fresh oil come in and then pass it to oil filter room...just make sure your oil pump works perfectly to pump up and circulate oil.

the different now is that i add extra oil around 200ml, engine is less heat and maybe i'll add fan or thermostat for optimal cooler.
