Do sealed batteries require an initial charge? It came with the electrolite already installed.

And so he said he had to push start it, once it turnes over and started, the headlight got brighter. He rode for about 3 minutes and then it jist quit and all the lights quit. There isnt even enough power to turn the starter. Head lihht is dim and neuteal lihht flickers when tryinf to crank (this im guessing says yhe starter relay is good?)
