Cafe Fairing - $30 shipped (SOLD)

I've decided to scrap my fairing in hopes of slimming down the bike.

It obviously works. See photos of my bike or Bafun's for examples.

All mounting hardware included.

$35 shipped. It would be a little less, but the box is big and costs a little extra to ship.

Does it serve a purpose?

I was just wondering, having a fairing that small, did you notice any decrease of wind or anything? Or is it pretty much just for looks. This may be a stupid question, I don't know... I'm kind of new to this whole thing. (Hence the "Newbie" title. ) If it serves a purpose, I may be interested. I really like the Plexistar 2, but $35 is way better than $150.

There is a nice pocket down behind the fairing, which is just at the top of the handlebars. So you have a to tuck in a bit.
It makes the bike "feel" bigger while riding. It also looks pretty good when viewed from afar.

I'm not saying that it definately has an effect one way of the other, but I did achieve my highest mileage ever with thing on. I also took it off for a tank and when I put it back on for the following tank, mileage increased again.

Take that for what it's worth.

Thanks

I kind of thought so. I'm not one that likes to do too much "tucking". I suppose I should just hold out for the "big one." Just got to wait for the cash to flow inward instead of outward.

Yeah. I still have it.

I'm going out of town tomorrow morning (Friday, July 11th). I'll be back on Tuesday (July 15th). If you want it, send me a PM.
It'll only cost you $30. If it's not claimed soon, it's going to the recycling center.

Yeah. Sorry. I'll edit my main post to indicate a sale.
