Back Rest

Im modifying and installing a Harley Sportster Backrest on my GZ250 as soon as I'm finished I will post pictures. I paid $25.00 for it from Sharp's Motorcycle Salvage Yard in Chillicothe Ohio (they have 1000's of bikes) The cheapest thing I could find for a GZ was $350.00 so this was a great deal. :rawk:

Re: Back Rest

Take lots of pics of the bits and pieces you might have to make.

Re: Back Rest

I only had to cut a small piece off the backrest and bolt on an 8" piece of perforated steel (3/16" thick) to each side. It was easy enough and only cost me a total of $32.00 plus tax. Here are a couple pictures after I put on the fork gators new grips and back rest.
