I'm flattered. If I had the scratch to own that floating island, I probably would have just gone for the 2009 Strat.
FYI, it's a 145' Westship yacht, originally named "Boardwalk." Sold in 2006 for 17 million. I think it is owned by Mike McGraw of Dana Point.
