okay I need help big time

okay so the choke plastic piece snapped and the choke cable would not go up or down and was stuck all the way open so I pulled it away from the carburetor and the valve was bent and then I dropped it and post that piece also the spring that attached to that has also broken so I'm not sure where to find these parts and I'm not sure what to do

okay I got all the parts but the plastic piece I cant seem to find that that goes on the handle bar
