Old guy small bike long-distance riding

When I was 18 I had a Yamaha 350 which I rode everywhere. When I was 26 I bought a Yamaha 400 in Japan which I rode everywhere all over Japan all over the western United States from Seattle to Texas and then I wrote it all over San Diego until my baby was born I saw my bike. 18 years ago I bought a gz250 I wrote it to and from work everyday 15 years.
The motor was shot so I installed new motor. I've been riding around town now for a couple years but yesterday I
I rode the bike 206 MI today I'm very tired I do remember being this way when I was younger . What shall I do besides buy another bike.
