GZ Rider - Delete King

So i noticed GZ Rider (easyrider ... whatever heh) was deleting his posts. Called him out on it, got no response. Today, I get an email to please delete his account. Tonight, i notice he took the time to go through 37 pages of his posts and edit every single one to read "......"

I cannot fathom how much time that must have taken. 37 pages, 900 posts edited. Determined is an understatement. Waste of time is more descriptive.

I take full responsibility for his departure. He had no right to attack people he does not know, hit me with the name calling and in general be a disrespectful ass towards another motorcycle community (and myself). I pointed out how that website was run. Warned ahead of time and he still goes there, comes back here and spouts his opinion in a negative way. I am sorry but I will not stand for the way he handled that situation.

Apparently telling him to kindly fuck off was enough for him to run away, delete his posts and request his account deleted.

I will deny his request and his account will stand. Maybe one day he'll return, who knows. Probably not.

I apologize for the melee spewing into a thread but hey, shit happens.

Re: GZ Rider - Delete King

He had a point of view that I could not ignore.

But as you can see, no one is calling for his return.

I'll leave the rest at that.

I too apologize for derailing the thread.

This request is made so that my account cannot be hacked, either tomorrow or ten years from now. Why would you want to keep me on this board? That makes no sense.

I can't speak for Dupo, but I will try to help you.

C'mon, admit it now. You & easy rider are one and the same person, aren't you? :skull:

Re: GZ Rider - Delete King

Any member has the right to choose to leave the forum. GZ Rider made a choice as is his right. His feelings are his own and have lead to his choice. Although I will miss his contributions and friendship I won't ask him to remain(I did initially) if he doesn't want to.
Personally I have doubts about ER and GZ Rider being the same person. I think it is highly unlikely ER could return as GZ Rider without quickly loosing his cool and displaying his caustic personality while offering helpful info and experiences. If I am wrong then so be it. I wish ER and GZ all the best in their 2 wheeled futures.
