New to me GZ250

Just got a GZ last week this site has been a big help. like every one I bought it for the MPG just to run around town and to work, thanks to all the post on here!

what is MPG you are getting. Is it a new or used one? let us know...also welcome to the forum...

It is a 2005 have not used a full tank yet to check the GPM

Low ball estimates are around 55mpg, while a few people claim their mpg in the low 80s.
The average is somewhere around 65mpg.

welcome... quite a few new people in just a few day's. Tis' the season.

I also was looking for some gas savings. I think the 250 will be my daily driver for a while.

I got gas today came out to about 58 MPG was hoping for more but we will see, I will keep track for the next 2 or 3 tanks going to try different grades of gas and see if that makes any differance.

Make sure that your tires are aired up and don't gun it off the line to increase mileage.
