Loose Clutch Lever

My clutch lever is getting loose, i tried to peal back the black rubber part that surrounds the inside of the clutch but i couldnt get it off without ripping the rubber. How do i get that off and how do i tighten my clutch? It wiggles up and down and doesnt fully go back into the position it should be when i let it go.

The adjustment is at the end of the clutch lever........not at the clutch.
The boot there is gonna have to move. Mine is fairly loose and slips back down the cable fairly easily.
Once the boot is off, the adjustment proceedure is pretty obvious.
Note, however, that some "up and down" play is normal; seems kind of excessive to me but trying to tighten THAT bolt anymore is likely to break something. Just check it to be sure it is not loose.
