Greetings from North Carolina!

Hello! My name is Sam and I am totally green when it comes to motorcycles! I always rode with my dad as a kids and am buying (hopefully) my first bike (a gz250, obviously=)) this weekend.

Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. Since you are a new rider and assuming you didn't already, you should sign up for the MSF BRC (Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course). This way you'll start out with proper training and not pick up bad habits. Ride safe.
