2001 front fender
 

Hi all, just yesterday i was mashed by a little old lady driving a deliver van, she was pulled in(just about) when she saw a parking space appear, pulled out with her bloody indicator still on and not seeing me, then she basically backed up onto me, i had managed to stop and the car behind me managed to stop right on my ass so i had nowhere to go, pumping the horn saved the bike from any damage apart from cracking up the front fender.

so the question is, anyone know where i would get a 2001 front fender? ebay appears to have only 1999 and 2003 and so on. is there an aftermarket fender maker that would stock fenders? i dont mind if its not a copy of the stock one, in fact i wouldnt mind changing it up a little if there is an option out there.

any help would be great!

The fenders are all interchangeable from year to year.The 99 or 03 will fit just fine.

Just curious, is there anyone making fenders for the gz that are different to the stock?

Nope. You can always re-drill some holes and make something work. But aftermarket for this bike is awfully sparse.

I got a new (2005) front fender from mrcycles, and here is the link for 2001 GZ250s:

The front fenders are found under "HEADLAMP HOUSING".

There are color differences between the years and sometimes between different models of the same year.
