Remove tray bracket.
Trim what's needed.
Place here.

Put a bolt through this eye.

Next, re-run wiring harness.
Get creative.

Run ground along the bottom.

Took me about an hour or so. Not to complicated. Seat still fits with no problems. All the tabs for the side cover have been cut off.

you did a good job. now are you gonna do anything with the extra space?

Cautionary note. Be sure to mount the rectifier in a position so it will receive air flow to cool.

the rectifier is mounted on the front side. i just have it showing in the picture. the extra space is really just open space. i really want to cafe style or bob style this bike.
