Nah....Anaheim is too far away from San Diego for us to be in competition with each other. I'm not desperate, so I'm content to wait and see what kind of response I get (none to date). It'll happen...

Thanks for all the input...I'm nto in any big hurry, so I think I'll put it out there and see what happens. Only thing is, I've seen a couple of sweet Boulevards that are priced really well....

SoCal here, too.....I think I'll try $2200 and see what happens. Gas is creeping back up towards $3.30 so that might be an incentive.
