My jacket, pants and boots are all allegedly "waterproof."

Although I admit some skepticism to the veracity of this, I did not get wet, except for maybe my neck, the one time I did ride in the rain.

I think there is more to the riding in the rain than not getting wet. In fact, that was not really my main worry. Parts of the roads get very slippery and make cornering a lot more treacherous in the rain. Plus the face shield on my helmet does not have wipers. I found it do-able, but not exactly enjoyable. Then again, I don't like riding on the concrete, grooved freeway either, so YMMV.

For the record, I have an ICON Motorhead Jacket, TourMaster Caliber Pants and AlpineStar boots.
