No, "stupid bull" is a redundancy. A redundancy is, basically, more words than would be needed to express the thought. Since all bulls are stupid, "stupid bull" is redundant. An oxymoron is the opposite: the inclusion of mutually exclusive words in a description. "Jumbo shrimp" would be an oxymoron, as would be "Honest politician". :biggrin:
