It is Capitolism, alive and well. Supply and demand (when there is only one supplier, you can demand whatever price you want).......added to the fact that bike "nuts" really aren't that cost conscious when it comes to "bling". They will spend a dollar to save a nickel on a quart of oil just so they can blow it on overpriced chrome. :roll:
A friend of mine has started making a few small parts for the M-50s. Riders are flocking to him like dogs on a squirrel. His profit margin is.........not small.
