This comes to mind. A gal in Toronto has a yellow Vstrom 1000. All the Suzuki decals are removed and replaced with a couple nice VW logos. She loves playing mind games with VW cagers.

That is hilarious. Now I have to think of something funny to stick on the sides of my VX.
Oh, and I'd vote for a V-strom 650, DL650 or BMW F-650. I think all are capable of 60+ mpg and are great bikes! If I had 3k I would have gone there.
(not that I dislike my bike, I'm just not getting 60+mpg :whistle: )
