The same kind I used to wear in the heat before I got the GZ. T-shirt (recently, Calvin Klein, whatever my wife finds on sale), briefs (recently, Hanes, whatever my wife finds on sale) and socks.

Long thermals, the same kind I used to wear in the extreme cold before I got the GZ. I use them about twice each winter, on average. Top and bottom, over the t-shirt and briefs. Also two pairs of socks to keep my feet warm.
No powders or creams.
