New to the forum

I recently bought my wife her first bike an 01 GZ250 with 650 original miles on it, had to clean the carb, drain the old gas, etc. but now it runs great and I have new tires on there way. She took the msf course a month ago and is learning quickly. I had originally bought her an 83 vision 550 but she wasn't comfortable on it. I have been riding since 2006 and we have had quite a few different bikes and we have quite a few bikes right now.

Re: New to the forum

Welcome to the forum. That is quite a collection of wheels you have to play with.

I'm sure your wife will really like the GZ for developing her skills and getting some saddle time without the size and bulk of the Vision. The GZ is a great 1st bike with all the different controls when graduating from a scooter.

Curious about the motorized bicycle. Is that a kit to fit on any bike or does the bike come equiped with an engine?

Re: New to the forum

Welcome from Florida. Where in the United States are you? (It is a rather large patch of dirt) Nice collection of bikes. Might want to mothball the Vision incase she tires of the GZ. If they could make a Boulevard C50T that got 75mpg I'd trade up, til then the GZ does all I want. They are a great bike!!
Ride safe

I once met a young fellow from NY in 1972. His family moved to the GWN prairies to find less crime. Aside from that I would imagine NY is a fantastic city.
