lastnights moon light shot

No flash, just moon, and tail light. 68 second exposure.

Man, I love that. It's so hard to capture natural view in the dark and that's often as pretty as it gets.

with the night shots it is 1/3 camera and 2/3 knowledge on how to use the camera... i do a lot of long exposure, night shots.

Those are some amazing pictures. I've tried for years to get good lightning shots and have failed so far. How did you change the color of the scorpions or get a color subject in a black and white photo... so much to learn, so little time :lol: :lol: :lol:

bpdchief: Using gimp, i created a copy of original layer and turned it black &white. Then i simply erased what i wanted to be color.
