Nice ride in the suburbs of Cleveland

I had a pretty tough/frustrating day at work today so I decided that the best therapy was to go for a ride this evening. The weather was finally cooperating and I had no other obligations. It's great that there are some pretty scenic rides even for those of us that live in the metropolitan area of a city. Went about 45 miles today, which is the most I've done on the GZ and it was a great ride!

Nice area to visit and chill out. It is truly amazing what a bike and solitude can do for the soul. Ride On.

This past Tuesday I went out in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland.. Well, I started in Akron and ended up by Lake Erie, then down to Chagrin Falls and back to Akron. I left my house at 10:30am and didn't get back until about 8pm - 160 miles in all. Obviously stopped a few places in between, but the ride was great! Only one time a cager didn't see me and about ran me off the road, but I saw her coming at me and dodged.

It's great living in an area like this where one minute you're in the city, and a few minutes later you can be out in the boonies if you want to be. Planning another Tuesday trip this week I think...
