Taft, Oil Fields (video)

Hello....

I have a short video clip to share with you. (not much action nor sceneries, you will see..^^
Oil pump fields, which might be very familiar to So. Californians.
However, this Taft oil fields has little attitude on it.
Fields size is pretty big and all those machineris are just next to the road side.
So, riders (or, cage drivers) would pass though the fields about over 10 miles long road.

I had no intention to take photo for today's riding.....
Whew.. it was hot today, over 100 and all the gears on.. ha ha ha
When I was passing through city Taft, I really wanted to stop for some break and water.
So I did, and took some clips during the break.

Thanks

Wow! That brings back some great memories. I used to ride those things (grasshoppers) as a little kid. They were longer and they were wooden, usually driven by an old tractor or Model T engineā€¦ had to be careful of splinters, and keep clear of the driving belt
Thanks Busy :2tup:

Interesting. I have never seen well heads that close together before. Canadian regulations must limit the number of wells in a given area.
